Seems like every time I come here... I say the same thing. I suppose I'm just trying to avoid thinking of... that possibility. Far be it from me to think I've got any sort of control over fate, but...

... Hoshi... it doesn't feel right. You might be missing Christmas... you hadn't even gotten a chance to meet Stormy yet... [chuckles softly] She'd love you, by the way...

[another pause, and another sigh]

I miss you. I don't think I'll ever stop wishing that you hasn't gone in to that fight alone...

[a rustle, and something is set on the table]

I got you a present. Hopefully you'll get to open it on Christmas. If not... well... it'll still be there when you do...

[the comm goes silent again, for several minutes, before clicking off.]

She's in a coma. Has been for months. No one has any idea when she's going to come out of it, if at all.

I only set the smoke alarm off with the garlic bread...and who decided to make those things so hard to turn off anyway? I was about ready to toss the thing out a window and let the neighbors deal with it.

We run a restaurant. If we didn't have a good fire alarm system we'd be in trouble.

We all feel that way...I know it's something she felt she had to do but...it really makes me question alot of things, my morals in particular.

My Queen has shown great willpower in not attempting to smother her rival before he wakes up.
