I like that you're trying to be practical, Arthur, but I think I've been a fry cook long enough that I can run my own place.

Whatever happened to your love of anonymity?

I get the feeling that's not entirely possible here. I'm not bothered by it, though. I love to cook, and this is the best way I can think to still do that.
